Sigrid Stropnik is a New York-based finance executive and management consultant with over 25 years of experience delivering measurable results for global companies, from Fortune 500 consumer goods brands to growth-stage startups.

She founded Stropnik Consulting LLC in 2017 and has since built a practice spanning two core areas: large-scale cost transformation and financial leadership for high-growth businesses.

Cost Transformation & Management Consulting Sigrid works with large CPG companies and US private equity firms, typically in the $1–10B range, on Smart Spend, cost optimization, FP&A, and operational excellence. She has led savings programs exceeding $150M, managing end-to-end from opportunity identification through implementation and governance. Prior to founding her practice, she held senior finance roles at The Coca-Cola Company and Accenture.
